She wouldnt let my sister finish a sentence and didn't look up the tracking number to give her an idea of where her item might be just so I would know if it had been stolen or lost. Im looking through the previous reviews and it seems like this is a pattern of behavior that STILL has not been addressed with this worker. If USPS is behind on deliveries thats fine, but they shouldnt need to bully and gas light customers to hide it - just say it so we know its still on its way. Especially when all that comes up for tracking is "failed delivery attempt" when my sister was home all day that day, left no pink slip and then there was no re-delivery attempt for a whole week. She goes in to her local USPS location and they have no idea where the package is WITH attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
