I got a package forwarded for no good reason and the counter girl immediately redirected me to call up the post office of the originator instead. What nonsense. Zero help offered and made me do a merry go round when the package had to be somewhere with them. Ridiculous!

The rudest people. Even when you try to have a decent exchange they create drama and conflict. I think they are in a competition with each other to see who can be ruder. I hate going here so much.

Female clerk with blue hair was extremely rude to my sister - who was trying to get answers regarding the location a package THEY misplaced. She wouldnt let my sister finish a sentence and didn't look up the tracking number to give her an idea of where her item might be just so I would know if it had been stolen or lost. Im looking through the previous reviews and it seems like this is a pattern of behavior that STILL has not been addressed with this worker. If USPS is behind on deliveries thats fine, but they shouldnt need to bully and gas light customers to hide it - just say it so we know its still on its way. Especially when all that comes up for tracking is "failed delivery attempt" when my sister was home all day that day, left no pink slip and then there was no re-delivery attempt for a whole week. She goes in to her local USPS location and they have no idea where the package is WITH attitude is absolutely unacceptable.

individual with colorful hair is the rudest employee i’ve encountered anywhere. seems highly agitated and begins every interaction with aggression. not sure why they were even hired, and why management isn’t doing anything about this person despite multiple negative reviews left about them specifically
