Woman at the counter refused to help me even though there was no one waiting and a line for the automatic machine. She sat there eating lunch doing nothing

Dropped off my package on 9/23 around 1:30pm and when I checked tracking, it didn’t show as accepted by USPS until 9/25 at 4pm. Basically, it just sat there for 2 days with no movement. Really frustrating.
