He did not even pay attention I had 6 US stamps on the envelope which I wanted to send by Certified mail. He did not subtracted cost of stamps from my final price when I gave him envelope, until I asked him to do so. He told me I have to calculated this amount myself and tell him. This is ridiculous!!! Service became worse and worse!!!

He even tossed my mails out of the window and I have to pick up from the floor. He should get fired. This guy has stereotypes and is always on personal calls.

The woman and man with dred’s seem like they enjoy being rude and not helpful, Also seems like they really don’t like their job’s or their customers. I tried being polite on several occasions only to be met with diabolical attitudes and disingenuous statements. I travel extra miles now just to avoid this hell hole of negativity and poor service. I don’t expect the Postal Service higher ups to do anything about their poor behavior and attitudes, USPS has absolutely nose dived in service this past few years.
