The woman and man with dred’s seem like they enjoy being rude and not helpful, Also seems like they really don’t like their job’s or their customers. I tried being polite on several occasions only to be met with diabolical attitudes and disingenuous statements. I travel extra miles now just to avoid this hell hole of negativity and poor service. I don’t expect the Postal Service higher ups to do anything about their poor behavior and attitudes, USPS has absolutely nose dived in service this past few years.

They always go the extra mile to help and they’re very friendly. If anyone has a complaint about the staff that’s simply the customers fault they must be rude and feel entitled, because I’ve seen the customers that come there and let’s just say they’re not nice and don’t have respect when talking to others.

My Wife kindly asked for assistance with stamps. His response was a groan and a laugh when asked if they had holiday stamps available? He sucked his teeth and said “no”. I can see why most customers are using the automated system. I’m glad our mail carriers are kind people. Better than nothing, I guess.
