I think you can just expect to wait for 20 mins here, possibly longer if there’s a long line. But, the people who work here are very nice and should be treated with respect, the last times I can remember was always greeted with professionalism and willing to help. Plus they are always fair as to who is next if you need to fill out a form and come back in line.

Almost every time I go here there's a long wait, sometimes around 45 minutes. I went at 3 pm on a Tuesday and it was closed with no explanation, and have seen it randomly closed at times it's supposed to be open before as well.

This is the worst post office experience I’ve ever had. I waited in line for 45 minutes after calling to confirm my box - which said it could not be delivered to my secure mailroom?? - was here. Once I got the window, the staff told
Me they couldn’t find my package because it was too much to sort through in the back. They left me with a number to call if I didn’t hear back in a “timely manner”. I don’t blame them for the poor service since they’re make of pennies on the dollar, but this place needs more staff and a much better system.

Just the worst. Line out the door, one person working. No one doing really complicated stuff, but it just takes so long to do anything.

I’ve been coming here for years and it still manages to reach new lows. Today, there was one worker and a line out the door. I waited an hour to get to the front of the line, and she says “don’t come up here, I’m going on break”, and walks away. No explanation as to when she may return, no one to replace her. She came back ten minutes later.
I’m not even going to complain about the worker herself. If I made $20/hr in NYC under the current conditions, I’d be equally as unlikely to be working with urgency.
If you’re in the Clinton Hill/ Fort Greene area, go to the location on Myrtle instead.
