- JBJamal BaptisteNov 7, 20251.0Went to the post office today to post a small package and to find out the max size their package window can receive(L x W x H). The clerk told me she doesn't know the size of the window. I noticed there was a measuring tape in the window next to her and I asked if it was possible for her to measure it. She blatantly told me no and looked at me with a blank expression. I asked why and just stared at me. So I asked if I can use to measuring tape to do it my self . No response, just 👁️_👁️. For the years that 10+ years I've been leaving in this neighborhood, this has been a common occurrence at this location. And I'm talking about the service level. Either retrain this people or replace them. Customer service is not that hard Edit : she is a supervisor and her name is Natasha. Insane 😞
