The decor is so welcoming and fun, and the staff are as friendly and helpful as they are efficient. The store was impeccably clean and the rapport among the clerks was so pleasant. You can tell they enjoy working together and take pride in excellence. Phyllis in particular was wonderful with helping me get out my parcels. Such a lovely and efficient visit - highly recommend!

The rest of the times I tried to go around 12 - 4pm usually (6/7 times now for the past 3 months), they are never open, ever. Do not waste your time and effort. Go to another post office. **follow up** I finally managed to bump into their "opening hours" to pick up a package that failed redelivery to mine. I called the direct line and they told me it's at this address. I wanted to pick it up right away because it's scheduled to return tomorrow. I went in and was welcomed with complete rudeness and they were utterly useless. All they did was tell me they don't hold packages, that could be in this other location. And did no further to help check or confirm. They shoo me away like I was wrong to enter. Again, don't go unless you have to. Apparently they don't hold packages or take packages that are not in "standard" usps boxes. Go if you need stamps or large envelopes.
