My dad's passport needed to be renewed, so I scheduled an appointment even though it wasn't required. However, the woman there was extremely impolite and hardly helpful. They talk badly to customers and treat people like animals. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! Customer service here is horrible
