I have had multiple pieces of mail never arrive from this post office, whether in plain envelopes or online orders that are either stolen out of my mailbox where they place my deliveries, or are put in the wrong place. This post office appears to not have enough support to operate efficiently and it's disappointing as someone who is forced to rely on them. Recently, two first-class mail envelopes addressed to me were lost within a month, despite even being visible on Informed Delivery for delivery. They will probably never be found. Thankfully, they were not significant, but I can only imagine the frustration and stress I'd be experiencing if they were important documents. Avoid using this USPS office, UPS or FedEx will be more secure.

It doesn't matter if there are 20 people in line or maybe five, this is going to take you 45+ minutes. No one ahead of you is ever just shipping something, they are debating quantum physics, trying to figure out who killed JFK, or simply acting as though it is their first time ever being inside of a post office. On the other side of the glass, there must be a requirement to inhale a tranquilizer before starting the shift. Every movement feels like they are trying to avoid being detected. The place is open for like 4 hours a week and somehow most of the staff is always on a break. I would love nationalized healthcare, but if it's anything like this post office you'd be better off doing the surgery on yourself.

There should be an express line for everyone because we are all clearly pressed on time. As everyone mentions the lines can be long so while you wait on line get your info in order get your card , cash, ID ready and not wait to hold up the line even more because believe it or It contributes to the problem as well. The staff working at the booths are helpful and do what they can to assist. And shoutout to the mail carriers who do their job accordingly because not all of them are terrible (give credit where it’s due)
