Called them about it and they never called back for a follow up. Terrible service. Pick up service requests gets ignored once in a while, whoever is working needs to do better. I lose money using this postal service.

Sometimes the letter mails are just placed on top of the mailbox still in rubberbands. Oh, btw they no longer scan important letter mails into the informed delivery service. Only scan the junks I don't need. Thanks for losing my mails.
