    USPS is terrible. I want to add the building code so my package can be delivered properly. With Amazon, I can simply do it on the app. With USPS I tried calling and can’t get to a representative. Then went in person to the post office and the rep said she wasn’t sure if she could do it, but she would wrote it on a piece of paper and said she’d hand it to the driver, hah! Such an analog and outdated system.

    Clerk #3 thank you so much for your service ,time patience.I went there September 30,2025 the teller was very patient with me & courteous to me & my child .Working with you was a great pleasure & relief .Compared to other experiences I have had previously. Gaining my daughters passport at other locations seemed impossible .At empire it was done with care & expeditiously .i received my daughters passport In less than 2 weeks .I highly recommend this specific teller .This location is constantly busy but work is getting done . On my behalf it’s greatly appreciated god bless .

    Clearly their workers don't know how to act, they're scanning packages then stealing THE PACKAGES. Even though it says delivered through my phone and I need a key to open my mailbox...I'm sure nobody from my building took my package that I brought over $100 worth of items to have, USPS THIS SERVICE, to take my package back. This company is playing games with this SHUTDOWN

    The folks who work here are half kind and helpful, and half the most condescending, unpleasant people you'll deal with that day. If you get the wrong person, their lack of organization and clarity becomes everyone else's problem - and they'll act like it's your fault. Go somewhere else if you can.

    Two of my package’s that I bought got stolen, and never came this is very disappointing and they should do better! Horrible USPS location don’t go here or if your receiving a package don’t choose USPS if you live in the area they take forever to deliver choose a different option like fedex or ups
