With Amazon, I can simply do it on the app. With USPS I tried calling and can’t get to a representative. Then went in person to the post office and the rep said she wasn’t sure if she could do it, but she would wrote it on a piece of paper and said she’d hand it to the driver, hah! Such an analog and outdated system.

Gaining my daughters passport at other locations seemed impossible .At empire it was done with care & expeditiously .i received my daughters passport In less than 2 weeks .I highly recommend this specific teller .This location is constantly busy but work is getting done . On my behalf it’s greatly appreciated god bless .

Even though it says delivered through my phone and I need a key to open my mailbox...I'm sure nobody from my building took my package that I brought over $100 worth of items to have, USPS THIS SERVICE, to take my package back. This company is playing games with this SHUTDOWN
