- JNJoy NonesFeb 7, 20261.0One of the male employees here was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I didnt get his name, but he’s the only Asian worker there! I asked him a question very politely and answered back very sarcastic and RUDE. Hope the management do something about their employees as USPS is an establishement were people go there as they needed help at some point.

I attempted to drop off a package, as I waited in line I walked past a teller that said “window broken.” I was clearly WALKING PAST the window and the lady sitting behind that counter yelled “MISS, READ THE DAMN SIGN.” I did not touch the window nor was I walking towards it, I simply passed it because how else was I going to get to the teller that did not have the broken window? Yelling and language was highly uncalled for. She continued to mutter something to herself, obviously annoyed. This location needs to do their due diligence when it comes to hiring the right staff. Will not be coming to this location again.
