- ZHZoey Hai4 days ago1.0A female employee here is extremely incompetent, and EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I attempted to drop off a package, as I waited in line I walked past a teller that said “window broken.” I was clearly WALKING PAST the window and the lady sitting behind that counter yelled “MISS, READ THE DAMN SIGN.” I did not touch the window nor was I walking towards it, I simply passed it because how else was I going to get to the teller that did not have the broken window? Yelling and language was highly uncalled for. She continued to mutter something to herself, obviously annoyed. This location needs to do their due diligence when it comes to hiring the right staff. Will not be coming to this location again.

- KGKeren GrinbergSep 5, 20191.0If you dont want your packages to scan & have tracking, come to this location! they always have only 1 person behind the glass, who likes to speak their minds. they arent very helpful, so you have have knowledge on what you want to do. Very dirty and not updated at all, no supplies for the customers to use, even the free boxes that USPS has to provide. Whenever I ask for boxes, they give me a limit of 1. Im sorry...but Im a re seller and I need like 10. The only reason why it has one star is because they have a drop off window (but they wont scan it).
