As someone else has mentioned, the new clerk is extremely rude and lacks customer service. We went in there one day to mail something out, and the female clerk curtly and rudely told us, when we inquired about borrowing tape, that we'd have to buy it and that none was available. The way that she said it was beyond rude, almost in a condescending kind of way and that we were taking up too much of her time. The previous clerk from before was super friendly, helpful and very accommodating, in stark contrast. Would not recommend this location at all for your postal service needs.

The new postal clerk, Christine, is rude, insulting and inconsiderate. Prior clerks have always been courteous and attentive, this person has made the simple act of buying stamps a “job”. Customers should not have to hear or deal with her political leanings or beliefs. Where is Nancy or/ Tom, miss them terribly.

Nancy, please come back. The new person is rude, can care less, lazy, and wouldn’t help you. I bought an envelope from him to ship something and there was a hole in it, I asked him to change it, but instead he put a sticker on it and said “here you go”. This is insane that I paid for something that is defective and most likely what I shipped got wet and damaged. Service not what it used to be. Prior staff was the best and good customer service left with them.
