Someone needs to come and check this post office. Service is horrible, staff horrible. What the point of having this post office if people have to wait in line for one hour or more. Terrible!

This post office is one of the worst in the United States. The window clerk has no common sense. They are not responsible. They do not show any training in customer care or time management.
There is no sign of any supervisor. I went at 8.30 am. The official opening time is 9 am. Nobody came to the window. Everyone waited in line. They kept talking inside until 10.56 am.
We waited. They did not care. It felt like service in a country with no standards. No care. No responsibility. No respect. Very bad behavior. Very slow clerks.
