They do not show any training in customer care or time management. There is no sign of any supervisor. I went at 8.30 am. The official opening time is 9 am. Nobody came to the window. Everyone waited in line. They kept talking inside until 10.56 am. We waited. They did not care. It felt like service in a country with no standards. No care. No responsibility. No respect. Very bad behavior. Very slow clerks.
