I’ve only had one experience with them where I had an important package stuck at the distribution center (another location) with no updates for days. Within a day of submitting a case to USPS, the postal worker from this location called me, found out where my package was, called me back to tell me it would be delivered the next day, and it was. I’m very grateful for this woman and her help.

I know this post office over 20 years .The major problem is when the line is long they should have more clerks at the windows that are closed. What pisses me off they have three windows two who takes care of just the postage and package to send off. The other only takes care of the slips for pick up there isn’t that many of that even if it is when that is done that person should stay at the window and help out doing the other stuff. Some of the clerks are nice some need to adjust their attitudes this goes for the customers to.
