    Every time I come to this post office the employees are very rude and this line as you can see wraps around they do not have the staff and they do not offer a drop off. And expect you to wait an hour in line. There has been cases where certain employees allow a drop off and it’s been very helpful for pre-stamped items but it’s never consistent.

    I love this post office! Compared to the one in Bushwick on Debevoise st. this one is a dream. Yes there are many negative reviews here but you have to think about all the negative stuff the staff has to put up with I don’t blame them for being grumpy. They should have a drop box for prepaid packages they did before the pandemic. Occasionally they have the bin out and you can just throw your prepaid packages in there. I think the reason they took the drop box away is because people were not properly paying the correct amount for postage.. It’s one thing to do a flat rate envelope which doesn’t require you to weigh your package. I’m sure the post office lost a lot of money because of improperly weighing items. One thing I hope they install soon is a kiosk to print out QR code labels I saw this in greenpoint and it makes the line go quick! Don’t hate on this post office! They let me in a few minutes before closing time and I appreciate that very much!!

    You guys need to hire people with better attitudes because every single employee that was behind those desks had very nasty attitude especially the woman who does the passports Find better people that aren’t so angry when they have such an easy job sitting all day and maybe this location would have more stars . Do better because the employees suck

    They are never prioritizing the people with pre labeled or stamped postage’s. There needs to be a drop off box!!! Or have someone collect when the line is out the door. One guy does this occasionally but the employees are not given proper guidance to do this more frequently.
