The woman at the first counter was extremely dismissive and clearly had no intention of providing proper assistance. Her impatient and uninterested attitude made it obvious she didn’t care about helping customers. Someone with this attitude is not suitable for a customer-facing position, and management should seriously consider replacing her with someone who actually takes their job seriously.

- HTHidemi TakagiDec 5, 20251.0Horrible service. Bad attitude from a counter person who was Asian man. (I’m Asian too!) He made me feel like I did something wrong or made mistakes. When I got there, I was the only person, so he started talking to me from distance saying “Talk to me” while he was walking around doing some jobs, so I started to talk to him then he said that he couldn’t hear anything… then it all started, it wasn’t my fault on anything, but he complained about everything. I guess he hates working there. Only thing he can do is being upset with customers. Very sad.
