I call to leave access instructions for the building and have confirmed with landlord that they have a key to the building for delivery. They constantly mark “attempted delivery” when the time shows that I was as home during the attempt. Delivery doesn’t attempt to use the provided key information, buzz the door, or leave a delivery notice. They even shove envelopes under the door to be torn and left wet, instead of delivering inside into the residence mailboxes. Never seen such poor execution of delivery, have never spent more time on the phone with customer service trying to track down lost packages, and have never had drivers obviously lie about attempted delivery before. I honestly don’t know what else I can do at this point to ensure safe and secure delivery of my mail. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
