Like other reviews have mentioned, there is a worker there that is wrongfully charging customers for returns, charging them for packaging return items that is not required to be packaged, as well as for any additional tape that may need to be used. This happened to me for a return item that did not require any packaging. No other locations do this. I've made returns at other nearby locations without any issue. This is very concerning.
