They are so nice always, they helped me charge my phone when it was dead and I needed to get a QR code off my email! Very helpful and friendly staff!

Disorganized, rude, shitty.
Asked for a shipping estimate based on weight, which then somehow more than doubled after I'd lugged everything there

I came in at 5:35, five minutes after they closed but Nick was more than happy to help me send out a package. No hassle. Thanks, Nick! You rock.

Ive been coming to this UPS Store for years, but only when absolutely necessary and only when I already have a label and the box is sealed. Even then, I try to avoid it. The staff consistently come across as exhausted, impatient, and frankly, unkind. I can understand that the constant long lines and heavy workload (especially during the holidays) would wear anyone down, but this has clearly been a problem for years.
The store is small, so customers often wait outside whether it’s freezing in winter or sweltering in summer, which only adds to everyone’s frustration. The line moves slowly, and because there’s always a line, there seems to be little motivation to improve efficiency or service.
When I do drop off a prepaid, taped-up package, I usually go around the line and leave the package in the "ready to go" package spot. I run the risk of not getting a receipt because it’s so unreasonable to wait in a 30-minute line for something that should take 10 seconds. That’s how much I dread coming here. When I do this, I’m often met with glares or curt remarks as if I’m cutting the line.. even though this is allowed and I dont need any assistant. Thats how angry and unpleasant the frustrated customers are.
About once a year, I make the mistake of showing up unprepared. Maybe I forgot to tape the box or print a label, and every single time I’m reminded just how unpleasant this store is. The employees are visibly angry, overworked, and seem to have little to no customer service or technical training. It’s clear the owner is not investing in proper training or support for the staff, which is unfair both to employees and customers.
One long-time employee, who was especially rude to me during the holiday rush, shocked me months later when I came back and brought him a small gift to brighten his day. He seemed was surprised by the kindness, and I genuinely hoped it would make a difference. But the next time I came in, he was right back to being curt and unpleasant. It was such a disappointment. I never leave this place feeling like a valued customer.
I appreciate that the owner responds to these reviews and leaves an email for feedback, but when so many customers consistently describe the same rude, unhelpful service year after year, it’s obvious the root problem has never been addressed.
