We went back 10 min later to ask why we were overcharged and we asked where our small package was and he looked around for it for a while and couldnt find it. We left figuring hed find it and scan it and It ended up not ever being scanned and we are out $35. Who is “juan”? And you have one job and thats to make sure packages are safe. He wasnt even apologetic or had any sense of urgency to find it.
