    This is probably the least helpful UPS store in New York. They couldn’t care less about customer service, and will take advantage of you when you need to ship. I had 3 packages to ship and needed to print labels. They refused to print the label so had I use their computer to print labels and then hand it to them. They charged me to use the computer, plus an additional charge for the protective label holder. Only 2 labels were able to print due to a printer issue….I didn’t have time to tape the boxes so they charged me $6 for their labor. This required them using one small piece of tape per box. All of the extra fee’s ended up being $12 which is absurd to print a pre paid label and ship. Go to another shipping store in the slope

    Great service here! I have used this place for me and my family’s mailbox for almost a decade. Don’t lose stuff from Amazon. Don’t have to fill out change of addresss forms for a lot of places when I move. Makes my life so much more convenient!

    The people that work here are delightful. Every time I come in I observe them really helping out customers. They are patient and kind. They say hello, ask how I am. I’ve watched them go above and beyond to help out older folks that aren’t as tech savvy be able to complete their shipping. In a line of work that often goes overlooked and under thanked, they still show up with a smile ready to support. They deserve praise - and a raise.
