I get an email from UPS stating that my package is going to come on the 9th meanwhile I was supposed to receive it by the 4th then yesterday I get an email stating package is out for delivery then delivered … Package was not there when I got there and when I press for the photo of my package being delivered it says they did not provide one …. This was a bday gift for my daughter and this is their second time screwing up this same delivery . Then I call them to see what’s going on with my package they kept telling me to call the sender … why would I call the sender when they did their part in sending it…Now it’s UPS’s responsibility … then they told me give it 48 hrs … what for it’s already freaking missing …. At this point I’m thinking if their delivery person took the package or never really dropped it off … why isnt there proof of drop off .. I always get a text before delivery in which I didn’t get either … No text, no picture of drop off, No package !!!! It’s leading me to believe UPS has some thieves working for them ! Until they prove me different and find my package . Now my daughter doesn’t have her bday gift something she really wanted .
