They behave as if it is an unbearable annoyance and bother to do the job that they applied for. I even walked up on one smoking a joint outside the store, and yet when he went behind the front desk it was clear the weed did not improve his disposition one bit. I’m beginning to dread having to go here to pick up deliveries that I missed. I often leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Conversely, I’ve been in the store when it was all women working, and while they were brisk and business-like, they were still courteous. Courtesy is the bare minimum that a customer should be able to expect at a business providing a service to members of the public.

And honestly every time I have to go here I leave feeling stressed. I wish I had other options in the neighborhood for Amazon returns but unfortunately I don't. If you have other options, use them. 2 stars because the owner has been otherwise pleasant the couple of times I've interacted with her.
