To make things worse, one of my items was not returned because the scan was for Whole Foods. But I did not get it back in order to change the qr code to the UPS store. When I called the store to resolve it, Ashly did not bother to look, and when i asked what the manager's name “I don’t know the manager's name,” I was also hung up on three times. That is completely unprofessional. Not sure if it is the same person. My return is still sitting in the store, and no one seems to care enough to check or help me get it back. I expect my item to be returned or to receive compensation for its value immediately. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and UPS management needs to take responsibility and fix it. And by the way, this attitude isn't the first time at that store!
