The problem is with the UPS delivery guy. When he loads packages into his ups van, he throws them very aggressively, as if he doesn’t care about the parcels. Because of this rough handling, the boxes get damaged right at the loading stage. As a result, I now have to refund my customer for a broken item. I kindly ask UPS management to review the loading process and make the necessary adjustments to ensure packages are handled with care.
