As a frequent customer I have gotten to know some of the employees there and I heard one of the employees Ellen is gone which is sad to hear but I am happy to hear Kiki is taking over. Kiki brings a different energy to the whole store. This store can get pretty busy and the way she multitask and still keeps the energy in the store while building personal relationships with her customers is awesome. I hope UPS keeps her around for longevity. She truly has a great personality and her customer service skills are top tier in my opinion. I can go to another UPS store that is more convenient for me near my job but I choose to only go here mainly because of Kiki. Thank you for your willingness to help and great personality.

He is fast & professional but he also adds a friendly and welcoming vibe to the place. As a regular customer, I haveI noticed how everyone loves him -- his fellow workers and repeat customers alike all seem to have a special affection for him. Customer satisfaction is his goal: He goes the extra mile; for example, once I had an issue after the store closed. Frantic for info about my package, I ran back and found him working in the back. He unlocked the door and put my mind at ease, even actually recalling processing my package & the details of the order and he reassured me that all was in good order. He is one class act! Choose this store for your needs -- and hopefully Clinton will be the one to help you!
