I come into this location often. Ellen and Kiki have been a great duo on this UPS team for years. I hate to hear that Kiki is leaving! The new staff is ok but not the same. Kiki will be missed as she is the spark of this location.

The lady at the front named kizzy was such a big help during my visit. She could see that i was already frustrated because i was running late for an appointment. She made sure that all my needs were met in a quick and professional manner.

Absolutely the worst location. 3 ppl working and only one person is actually checking in packages. Been in like for 20 minutes and no end in sight. The women working are extremely rude.

On Tuesday, 12/23/25 I was verbally assaulted by an employee at The UPS Store #5236 located at 137 Montague Street in Brooklyn 11201.
I’ve had a mailbox at said location for a little over a year and my interactions with staff have always been short and sweet.
There is one staff member who always seemed to have an attitude so I avoid her, no problem. On Tuesday, Dec. 23rd, however, I arrive to pick up my Amazon packages as I do regularly and to renew my mailbox. The employee I typically try to avoid happened to be behind the counter but I didn’t think anything of it. [Description: Female, Height maybe 5’3? Darker complexion, curly hair. Heavier build wearing all black with a black “Alo” hat]. I walked up to her, said hello and told her I had packages to pick up and gave her my box number. She asked for my last name and then my first name which was odd as I am a frequent visitor and the staff know me by name and I’ve never been asked any of those questions when just picking up packages. After giving her the info she requested, she continued to stare at her screen for several minutes with a puzzled look on her face until another staff member saw what was happening and tried to clear up any confusing by telling her that I have a box and simply picking up packages.
It was at that moment she looked up from her screen and verbally attacked me. She began to raise her voice demanding why I didn’t tell her my box number. I was in shock and explained how I did indeed give her my box number (why wouldn’t I?). Rather than get my packages, she decided to stand there and argue with me.
The other employee saw what was happening and thankfully stepped in to retrieve my packages even though she had a customer she was helping. During this time, the initial employee continued berating me, trying to provoke me. There was zero hesitation on her end to fly off the handle. She was extremely aggressive and combative and clearly looking for an argument but eventually stopped when she realized I wasn’t stooping to her level. Because of this ridiculous occurrence, I wasn’t able to renew my mailbox.
This whole interaction was extremely unnecessary and unwarranted. As a customer I have always shown utmost respect and really just there to get my mail and leave.
On my way out a customer came over to me and said she also clashed with that same employee. Not surprising. I am furious and have yet to renew my mailbox which is now overdue. Corporate has been contacted.

I truly just wanted to take this time to thank the manager at this location. Keke I truly appreciate your hard work! I’ve come to this location for quite sometime and her dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets her apart from the other staff who is also ok. Keke always gives her best. I’ve watched her take packages while also making kids/customers laugh at the same time. I know great service isn't always easy, especially during this season but her positive attitude and problem-solving skills make a huge impact at this location. She is the best.
