    I went in to drop off a bulky return with a prepaid label, and the experience was genuinely terrible. The employee watched someone cut in front of me and said nothing, then proceeded to help her while I stood there holding a huge box. When she left, he didn’t acknowledge me at all — no apology, no greeting, nothing. It was rude, unprofessional, and really disappointing. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this location.

    Walked in at 9 AM and waited on line for 20 minutes for disappointment. It would be ideal to visibly post the notary times. Your notarizing start time (12 PM) is stupid.

    The employees of this store are not professional. They cannot help you. All they do is scan and ship. If you ask any other questions regarding your package, they can’t help. The store manager, Camille is not being helpful and not taking the accountability of the employee’s mistake. Do not go to this store. I used next day delivery and dropped off the package at 2:27 pm but the employee #312316 created the label only at 7:33 pm. The delivery was rescheduled to another day, delayed. Called the customer service but they directed me to call the store directly to find out. But this store sucks. They don’t have any intellectual skills or any skills at all rather than scanning and throwing packages in the shipping boxes like robots. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
