    I had an incredible experience at the UPS Store thanks to Muhammad, the manager. We came in trying to return a couch — not exactly the easiest item to ship — and none of the boxes were the right size. Instead of turning us away, Muhammad took full control and got creative. He literally built a custom box himself to make it work perfectly. He was calm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Muhammad is an amazing manager and person — UPS is lucky to have him!

    I would just like to share what I witnessed today . I am in the UPS store on line and a woman comes in and goes straight to this young man whose name was Mohammed . She expressed she wanted to print something and she’s sent it to the store email and the young man very kindly was trying to assist her but he told her he did not receive her email and can assist her with sending it again . This woman became so enraged and so disgusting and was personally attacking him . She was mocking his religion, bringing up that she’s a United States citizen and she should get special treatment for it and was acting like a crazy woman. The young man acted calm and peaceful and was trying to help her still but she was not cooperative and it is not acceptable that he was treated like that . As a Muslim woman of the bay ridge community it is disgusting that this kind of thing still happens .

    Horrible customer service. I have had a horrible experience. I would love to understand why they have attitudes. You just want to get things done and go home. Why do you want to ruin someone’s day by giving attitude? Do you understand that we are your paycheck? What do you have to lose just to be kind to people? I see how you even treated the other customers ahead of me. I want to understand the hatred. I really don’t understand who hired you with this type of attitude. I will be going elsewhere, where I can be treated with respect and not ruin anyone’s day. All I can say is be kind and it is free. 👍🙏🏽

    The cashier at this UPS store exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying a condescending attitude and a sense of hostility. Despite providing essential services, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I have taken the time to review this store and believe that significant changes are necessary to improve the staff’s demeanor. The current atmosphere is highly negative, and I would prefer to choose a location closer to my workplace or consider switching to FedEx. I will not be returning to this store and strongly advise against it.

    Very nasty people, I just witness a lady yesterday been humiliated in front of everyone, they did something to her that no’s supposed to they even make fun of her an humiliated her by opening her package without her consent and also the lady was recording her with her cellphone when she was saying all she wanted is services that she doesn’t want to argue I witness this and is not right for a employee to behave that way , I won’t becoming back to this store I will choose another location
