I was initially told there were no envelopes available, even though envelopes were clearly displayed and accessible. After selecting one myself, I asked for advice on the safest way to ship a check. Only after all of this did I get told that their system “wasn’t working.” This information should have been communicated immediately instead of wasting my time. The lack of communication and overall inefficiency made the entire visit feel pointless. If the system is down, customers should be told upfront. This was a complete waste of time and very poorly handled.

As the employee compares this UPS store like a McDonalds, it’s franchised and can refuse to accept packages due to their new policy.
