- CBCampbell BiemillerNov 26, 20251.0Worst UPS location ever. Someone stole the contents of my package being sent to my mother and delivered the empty bag opened. (Note too that the process was not very efficient on their end.) They even stole the handwritten note. I called the store as corporate UPS told me to do, and they said they would refund me if I filed a claim with them. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing after countless tries. They never filed the claim as they were supposed to. Really upset about this and they won’t do anything. Not to mention it was stolen to begin with!!!!

We came in trying to return a couch — not exactly the easiest item to ship — and none of the boxes were the right size. Instead of turning us away, Muhammad took full control and got creative. He literally built a custom box himself to make it work perfectly. He was calm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Muhammad is an amazing manager and person — UPS is lucky to have him!
- FAFatima AlwadiNov 4, 20255.0I would just like to share what I witnessed today . I am in the UPS store on line and a woman comes in and goes straight to this young man whose name was Mohammed . She expressed she wanted to print something and she’s sent it to the store email and the young man very kindly was trying to assist her but he told her he did not receive her email and can assist her with sending it again . This woman became so enraged and so disgusting and was personally attacking him . She was mocking his religion, bringing up that she’s a United States citizen and she should get special treatment for it and was acting like a crazy woman. The young man acted calm and peaceful and was trying to help her still but she was not cooperative and it is not acceptable that he was treated like that . As a Muslim woman of the bay ridge community it is disgusting that this kind of thing still happens .
