    I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS location today. I went in simply looking for an envelope and guidance on the best way to mail a check. I was initially told there were no envelopes available, even though envelopes were clearly displayed and accessible. After selecting one myself, I asked for advice on the safest way to ship a check. Only after all of this did I get told that their system “wasn’t working.” This information should have been communicated immediately instead of wasting my time. The lack of communication and overall inefficiency made the entire visit feel pointless. If the system is down, customers should be told upfront. This was a complete waste of time and very poorly handled.

    This location does not accept USPS anymore as of Christmas Eve. This is possibly due to management and does not reflect every UPS location. As the employee compares this UPS store like a McDonalds, it’s franchised and can refuse to accept packages due to their new policy. This location has updated their services without public disclosure.

    Worst UPS location ever. Someone stole the contents of my package being sent to my mother and delivered the empty bag opened. (Note too that the process was not very efficient on their end.) They even stole the handwritten note. I called the store as corporate UPS told me to do, and they said they would refund me if I filed a claim with them. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing after countless tries. They never filed the claim as they were supposed to. Really upset about this and they won’t do anything. Not to mention it was stolen to begin with!!!!
