Of course, UPS management should have overhauled this location long ago but clearly isn't interested in doing anything about it.

On at least 3 occassions, I have arrived to find it closed during business hours, usually with a note on the door blaming staffing issues. I've never experienced this level of disarray at a UPS before. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful, so I have to assume that management is to blame – they clearly so not care AT ALL.

According to their hours, they close at 6:30pm, but when I got there it was lights out/ completed boarded up. Were they even open today? Are they only closed on Tuesdays for some reason??? They should tell people that. This is such a frustrating location for the thousands of Greenpoint residents that rely on UPS to effectively do their jobs.
