I went last night at 6:05 (they clearly stay open until 6:30) and the staff were standing behind the locked door staring at me claiming they were closed. One kind girl saw I was simply dropping off a pre labeled Nuuly return and unlocked the door to grab it for me. As of today (12:45pm) Nuuly still says the package hasn’t been scanned. I called twice and was not put through to even a voicemail either time. There is ~$300 of clothing in that package that I’ll be accountable for should something happen. I would like to silly get in touch with the store to better understand the status of the package.
