That’s like a printing place charging you for ink! Yes I know I’m paying for each page printed or paying for a box from a shipping place. But paying for a single strip of tape is just insane. I’m curious if this $1 is really and truly affecting their bottom line because the staffer didn’t even ring up a charge. Just handed my change in a hurry as I LOUDLY complained. What’s interesting is there are other reviews praising this location for repacking items at no cost, tape included! Idk if they feel they have to make some kinda $ on Amazon returns but that’s honestly ridiculous.

I've visited many times and the staff here are consistently attentive and helpful. One time stands out - I was trying to overnight my friend's passport to him because he needed it for a flight in 2 days. I didn't have the address and my friend wasn't picking up his phone. In desperation I asked what I could do, and Umair was working on a solution for me. He was going to ship it to a UPS store in the town where my friend was, but that isn't standard procedure, so he was calling the store to arrange it. He was really going above and beyond. Fortunately my friend called back in time, but if he hadn't, Umair would have saved the day. Great guy, great attitude, great service.
