Had bad experiences here in the past but came here the other day and had a positive experience with some new faces! Place also looked the best I’ve ever seen it, well organized and no thousand package tower in the front window (even though I know space is limited and that will have to happen sometimes). Lookin up!

I had an excellent experience with the manager, Stefanie. I shipped a package from this location that contained valuable items and paid extra for two-day delivery on Monday. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered and was ultimately lost. When I initially asked a staff member for assistance, she was unhelpful and quite rude, which was very frustrating given the situation. However, once I was connected with Stefanie, everything changed. She went above and beyond to help me, personally looked into the issue, ultimately located my package, and ensured I was refunded for the express shipping. While my experience with the front-line staff was disappointing, Stefanie’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service completely turned things around. She truly made the difference, and I’m very grateful for her help.

I rarely write reviews but I have to give it to Theresa and Kavi at the store in Greenpoint on Franklin St. Because of them, this store is running smoothly and efficiently like never before. I had my guitar packed and shipped by them and sent to Florida. They went out of their way to provide me all the information I needed and I truly felt safe putting it in their hands. Amazing service!

I come to this UPS location a lot. I visited the store on February 10 and what I experienced was the most disrespectful encounter I’ve had at any establishment in Greenpoint. When I entered the woman at the front was helping ship packages for two ladies at each checkout station (she was on the phone and kept making errors for them, spelling people’s names, etc. which made the process much longer). I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes when one of the ladies stepped away from the counter as she finished, I then stepped up and proactively took out all of my packages so that I was prepared to go next once she was done with the 2nd lady. The woman at the front desk called the next person in line and I said “oh sorry I was actually here next I have everything ready” and then it turned into a tornado. She was beyond shocked that I’d step up to the opposite counter she was working at and accused me of cutting the entire line and kept with that story and told me I could leave, that I have to go in the back of the line, and that she didn’t have to help me (meanwhile the people behind me informed her I didn’t cut). I was with my 3 month old baby in a stroller so was really trying to be efficient and get out of there as soon as possible and when I said that to her (after she was refusing to help me which was just keeping me there longer) she said “oh I guess this is just your postpartum hormones then”. I was absolutely shook that someone would say that to a patron (or in general really). After that I told her that she was the nastiest person I’ve ever seen working there. She said “I’m actually on with my manager she hears everything she thinks I’m being calm and if you think I’m nasty, you haven’t seen anything” basically insinuating that every other worker at the store is much ruder than her. I heard there may be a new manager so hoping they see this and do something about the way customers are treated since it’s unfortunately the closest UPS to most people in the neighborhood

This place always seems to have issues. Whether it’s their internet is down or they don’t accept credit cards or crazy long lines, it’s always something. It’s usually a mess inside too. Packages are all over the place.
The staff is obviously miserable too. Either I get blank stares and checked out monotone half answers or they’re more concerned with their friend they have on FaceTime on their phone than in the customer. I would probably be miserable if I worked here too, but would be nice to get some level of professionalism.
Someone else wrote a review and mentioned P&P down the street which is way better in almost every respect. I’d ship FedEx exclusively if it were closer.
