The employee named Love here is extremely rude. He made a customer put her own package away then threatened to make me go get my own when I said something about it. He also said that he doesn’t care if i make a report about his unprofessionalism and deplorable attitude because nothing has been done about the prior reports made. So Stephanie, I was given your name as his boss. I’m hoping that you will see this and give him the retraining or termination letter he’s desperately in need of. Either way i will be seeking legal action against this location as i believe this disrespect was racially motivated due to the fact that both myself and the customer before me were black women and he did not have this pathetic energy with the white customers who came after us.

This place is horrible. They are understaffed and not trained. They are very rude and unhelpful. The place looks very messy and unorganized. They open and close when they feel like it and their system seems to always be down. I would stay away from this place if you can. There is another UPS store on Nassau ave that seems to be better. There is also a few drop off places on Manhattan ave.

I’ve been to this UPS Store many times because it’s the closest location to where I live. I always make sure to arrive fully prepared—labels printed, packages taped, Amazon QR codes ready—so my drop-off is quick and easy. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case for others. It’s common to see customers show up unprepared, which slows things down significantly and creates bottlenecks for everyone else in line. On top of that, the store frequently has issues with its internet connection and Happy Returns system. You can tell the staff is frustrated, and it seems like they’re doing their best with limited resources. It’s clear this store is understaffed and not fully supported by UPS to run smoothly. The most frustrating issue, though, is the inconsistency with their hours. For example, on a recent Monday morning, the store was listed as open at 8:30 am, but when I arrived at 9:45, the gates were still down and the store was locked. This has happened more than once and is incredibly inconvenient. Overall, I feel for the staff—they’re trying—but UPS really needs to step up and provide better support, staffing, and reliable systems. Regular customers deserve consistency, and the employees deserve the tools to succeed.

I don’t get why they have hours if they’re not open during them. I came by Sunday and it was closed all day (sign says 10am - 5pm). I came by Monday at 9am and the nice lady doing clean up actually came out from the dark and said “they’re supposed to be open at 8.30am but I don’t know - I’m sorry.” What am I missing? Just update the hours if that’s not when you’re available. Even the UPS truck is waiting outside for them to open… crazy.

Repeatedly closed during posted business hours with no notice or explanation. Multiple customers left confused outside. Check the reviews — this happens all the time. Photo shows the store locked at 415PM on Saturday, even though both the website and storefront list a 5 PM closing time. No sign or message posted. Every UPS in Greenpoint does this.
