  Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended! I cannot thank the team at 1067 Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn NY enough for going above and beyond during my high-stress move last year. I had 15 large (20x20x20) boxes in my apartment ready to ship, and after a failed attempt with another carrier, this team stepped in. Despite my tight schedule—I had to leave the following day—the owner took full responsibility and personally arranged a pickup. They showed up exactly when they said they would. At the store, the staff printed all the required UPS labels and even stayed after hours to ensure the shipment was processed. The owner, his sister, and the gentleman at the front desk were professional, kind, and never took advantage of my desperate situation. All 15 boxes arrived at my new home in just two days with zero damage. They are truly decent, hardworking people who you can trust completely. I should have written this sooner, but if you need reliable shipping help, this is the place to go!

  Terrible service and twice my packages mysteriously got lost. I would avoid this place. Every time I went they nitpick on packages to demand extra money. For example they said “the package doesn’t have enough tape” so you have to buy tape from us to put on the package. Things like that happened a few times and it was horridly annoying but then my packages started to get lost so I realized this place cannot be trusted.
