UPS “Borrowed” my box and never returned it. When i went to their office in 914 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232, United States, everything seemed to be proceding normally. The service guy was frendly and quite helpful. The box filled with comics books weighted 50kilos. The shipment was domestic, bound for Miami and, just for safety I decided to purchase an insurance.tn:1Z4A84R84246864101 A week later the envoice never even made it to it´s destination. Then they claimed the box had been abandoned at their office. (Maybe “abandoned” is just UPS´s Fancy term for describing what the rest of us call dropping off and pay for a shipment and insurance. Since that excuse was too vague, they move on: first, the adress was supposedly wrong, then, they claimed they already changed it, then that the box wasn´t accepted in the destination. (TIWAY LLC, A company I know for a long time who´s job is receivIng and sending envoices) finally it was “lost”, then miraculously-it returned back to my own address but for them to say I had refused to receive it (lauging out loud). UPS Capital – 2C47342 So in the end they gave me my claim number : 000-06-341421 anyway they had "no choice" but to send it off for disposal and because of all the narrative before, insurance won´t cover the lost package..convenient, right? Clearly a ficticious construction, a faked historial of events. Either the box was lost from the begining or was stolen and then they created a narrative to avoid paying. A scam plain and simple. Be aware diffuse and make it public

When i called the store i got promised several times i was going to receive a phone call the next day with news on my package, simply never happened. Forget about calling their 0800 number, you wont get any help there since its people overseas repeating the tracking info you can see for yourself on your own computer. i have no other option to contact my lawyer now and waste more time to collect the insurance money i paid for, this is a SCAM. do not ship with UPS Clearly a ficticious construction, a faked historial of events.
