Everyone can read, but it’s pretty scummy to separate the two so customers don’t register the fee. They also make it pre authorized to make sure u pay instead of showing the final amount afterwards for paying. The fact that they already claim they cannot issue a refund is pretty clear to me that the owner knows people have been mislead before and won’t fix it. It’s also great that it’s separate from UPS, makes the charge back easier.
