  If I could give this store no stars, I would. I made the biggest mistake sending my things from here. It's been a week and my package is still in the same location, being marked as "lost"now. The employee with dreads is rude as hell and not a care in the world is given about the detriment customers go through when they're contacted to assists per UPS orders. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

  Bullshit printing fees, it’s technically 25 cents, but it costs $3.5 to “rent” the computer to print. Everyone can read, but it’s pretty scummy to separate the two so customers don’t register the fee. They also make it pre authorized to make sure u pay instead of showing the final amount afterwards for paying. The fact that they already claim they cannot issue a refund is pretty clear to me that the owner knows people have been mislead before and won’t fix it. It’s also great that it’s separate from UPS, makes the charge back easier.
