Bullshit printing fees, it’s technically 25 cents, but it costs $3.5 to “rent” the computer to print. Everyone can read, but it’s pretty scummy to separate the two so customers don’t register the fee. They also make it pre authorized to make sure u pay instead of showing the final amount afterwards for paying.
The fact that they already claim they cannot issue a refund is pretty clear to me that the owner knows people have been mislead before and won’t fix it.
It’s also great that it’s separate from UPS, makes the charge back easier.

i don’t really write reviews but my experience at this branch was so baffling. the person ringing me up was first rude about my name like “oh my god how do you even spell that?” so i gave him my ID to avoid confusion. then for a whole week after, the tracking information said ups had not received the package while my roommate had sent something that arrived without issues at the exact same time as me. i called on a saturday and the first person told me to call again when weekday staff were on shift, so i did and they basically said they don’t know where it is and it “might be at the back of a truck.” the guy was nice at least and opened a ticket but literally almost two weeks later it arrives at my own address (no return to sender label either) with my name shockingly spelled wrong 😂 i think the dude just clearly wasn’t paying attention when he rang me up. i recommend going to a different branch where they are less careless.

So I wasn’t even going to leave a review but I just keep reflecting to my time here being wasted and ignored by a specific team member on Monday 9/22. So I ordered an item from Amazon and it had to ship from China, for return purposes, Amazon sent me a shipping label and I figured let me go to the UPS Store closest to my place of work to get some help. I go into the UPS Store a little after 3pm & the brown skin male employee in the front proceeds to ignore me and have a conversation with someone else. Ok, fine, the convo could’ve been previously started before my arrival. I wait for them to finish, me: “hi, I got this label and I would like to know exactly what are my shipping and packing options to return this?” Him: “oh idk it may cost $200 to ship because I’ve never seen this label before and neither has the guy behind me (the other employee)”. So I asked, “have you never see this before or the entire UPS never seen it? You guys never ship to China?” He’s like “never”, and proceeds to take the customer after me. So dismissive, not willing to help, and ugly spirited! You wouldn’t even call maybe customer service or to even ask the other employee to try to help me. He was so nasty and rude, and his personality and his looks should make him way more nice to people since you’re already hard to look at and see! So I hear the other employee say ok, I’m going on my break - at this time I’m near the copier because I feel stuck and uninformed. As the 2nd male employee leaves he comes to me like “hey, i think you have 3 ways to kinda fix the issue with the label, ask Amazon to send you a free one for a place in the United States, drop it off to the post office, or go to dhl”. I thanked him for all his information because all 3 options would help, I used the first method and was able to get the free label and send it off the next day. Why was it so hard for this bad personality, unappealing, rude, condescending, slothful individual to help me? As the first person you see when you come into UPS, you should be more willing to help! I think it was a gender thing because he helped all the men willingly! I forgot to get the 2nd employees name to give him a shoutout but being that my situation was so “unusual” and “never” heard of, he’ll remember his amazing help!
Corporate should do a good cleaning at this place!
