  The notary arrives at 11. Please post this information literally anywhere so others don't plan their whole day around getting their documents notarized before work like i did.

  $3.5 for 30 seconds on computer to print off a document is ridiculous. No visual signs and just a “gotcha” in the tens of pages long agreement you have to agree to use

  Came on a busy Sunday afternoon and Elaine was putting in the WORK behind the counter alone. She was helpful, polite, efficient - working through each customer quickly but didn’t make anyone feel rushed! I was impressed and would hire her in a heartbeat!!!! Elaine deserves the world!!   I paid for a UPS membership specifically to change the delivery address of a package being sent to the wrong address. Despite this, UPS has made it impossible to use the service I paid for. The online portal won’t verify my identity, blocking address changes for members—yet if I log out and proceed as a guest, UPS allows the change for an even higher fee than the membership itself. Over six days, I received contradictory information from multiple agents; one even hung up on me when I asked for clarification. Fraud Prevention claimed they called me multiple times, but I have no missed calls or voicemails, and their callback number led to 90+ minutes on hold with no answer. Posting so others know: if they can't manage a simple phone call, they certainly can't be trusted to mail a package.
