  Unfriendly and rude (Indian American; I don’t know his name) staff at the counter. Zero acknowledgement and casually waited until a long line formed to slowly provide service. Store #6866 regularly replies to reviews with copy/paste script here, but initiates zero retraining of unprofessional staff. Guaranteed: you will see more negative reviews above. ⬆️

  I visited the store during its advertised walk-in notary hours on Friday between 4 and 5 pm. I initially waited approximately 15 minutes in the notary line. During that time, the employee responsible for notary services was instead handling UPS returns. In order to get his attention and ask whether he could assist with the notary, I voluntarily joined the UPS returns line, which took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to reach my turn. After this, I was told that notary services would not be provided until the UPS line cleared and that I should continue waiting. As the line kept growing, I was ultimately told the notary could not be completed at all and that it was fine if I chose to leave. This directly contradicts the store’s posted walk-in notary hours and reflects poor operational management. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and no effort was made to resolve the situation or set expectations. The store itself was dingy, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor, which reflected a lack of basic cleanliness and upkeep. This location is poorly managed. I will not be returning and would not recommend it for any services.

  Wow, the UPS in Park slope is the most organized UPS I’ve ever been to. The location is shared with a pharmacy, which is also incredibly organized worthy of an Andreas Gursky photo. Based on the appearance, these are truly, the people I trust, both filling my prescriptions and shipping my valuable items. I’m absolutely impressed. Wish it was in my neighborhood because I would go to this ups all the time.

  Always receive efficient and friendly customer service at this store! I ship and receive packages here several times each week - I get text notifications when my parcels arrive and I am able to collect them immediately. And when I'm shipping or returning items, they are super fast and efficient, handing me a printed receipt every time.
