- BBB.A.F2 days ago1.0This is by far THE WORST UPS "store" I had encounter in NYC. It used to be a pharmacy, now is half and half and quite honestly doesn't look professional at all and so is the service. Many people complained over the years about the pharmacy so now they divide it in half so you have a 1950's dirty pharmacy look on one side and a warehouse totally disorganized joke of a UPS store on the other. If you love to stay on lines that's the right place for you but if you are busy running your own business, avoid them at all cost!
