I was a little nervous because, though the job would’ve been printed on time, I was still nervous about how late the pick up could be. The person I spoke to (I wish I could remember his name) was very nice and when he asked me what the job was, I told him they were programs for my mother’s funeral. He was kind enough to give me the courtesy of having them printed a little earlier. The next day I see they were ready earlier than expected. When I went to pick them up, they were already folded as a courtesy, and they gave me a really nice sympathy card. I was so touched, I cried and was really grateful to a big business, that obviously is very busy, but took the time out to show care and empathy. And they did a great job with the programs, such great quality. I will come to this Staples for EVERYTHING from now on. Thank you!
