This staples has the absolute worst customer service ever! From the manager to the employees straight terrible. I came for an Amazon return, apparently there’s a limit of only being allowed to return 10 items if not you have to go back in the back of the line. Mind you I had just stood in line for 20 minutes, to return my items, and they wanted me to go back to the back of the line and wait another 20+ minutes, just for 2 more items to return !! 2 items!! The worst part is when it was my turn I greeted the young lady with a “Hi good afternoon” I did not even receive a “Hello”… fine no problem I organized all my returns to make sure it was a smooth transaction and once we got to the 10th item… she said “This is your 10th item” I looked at her confused as there is NOTHING stating there is a 10 item limit… I stated I only have 2 more items… she told me “go to the back of the line” confused I asked for the manager, the manager a chubby man with a beard just came up no introduction no nothing “how can I help” I informed him how his employee is rude as she was the whole time smirking no common customer service at all! I informed him what happened, and he stated “amazons policy is 10 item limit, not theirs” okay if it’s amazons policy why are your employees doing the returns? Even so why isn’t there a sign stating that there’s a limit? Print a sign put it up so everyone is aware…it’s common sense… as I kept trying to speak to the manager he kept interrupting me and saying to go the back of the line or go to another staples… instead of being sincere or understanding… no common management professionalism.. I completely understand some people hate their jobs but there is no reason not to be professional… this place has the most unprofessional people ever and apparently they’ll give anyone a job… I will never come here again!!!

Terrible terrible store. They always have one person working the returns line even though the line has about 50 people on it. Last time I was there I waited an hour and 10 minutes. They need to get more workers at the counter. It’s terrible terrible service and they can’t have people waiting in line for over an hour each time they need to return something.

The manager and the workers are very helpful. I like the music that they play. They have a good selection of items.

No wagons. I couldn’t bring in my electronics without a wagon. I couldn’t buy the large bin I wanted without a wagon. I asked a sales representative who looked important. All he said was, “No wagons” as he zipped past me. I had to leave without transacting any business. Too bad. Staples is mostly a place to return your Amazon and Happy stuff at. It’s primarily a return depot.
