Every other Staples I’ve visited provides tape for customers, but this one suddenly “stopped offering it.” What’s the point of an office supply store if you can’t even finish basic office tasks? They tried to make me buy a roll of tape just to seal one single package — and the cheapest option was over $10. Ridiculous policy, terrible service. Won’t be coming back.

Worst place for Amazon returns. The line is out the door every day. No one is in this store for staples products, maybe have other staff assist the actual reason ppl come in here (which may have something to do w the fact that every product is at least $5 more here v on Amazon). The holiday season is here and u have such an understaffed returns section, it’s not worth it to ever step foot in here again.

Terrible customer service, I have never seen such a rude lady in my life, I am talking about Mexican lady with long hair who works at printing section. You chose to work in this place, so do your job in a proper way. I don't recommend this place at all, don't waste money and time!

I would give zero if it’s possible. Customer service is terrible. Very rude people work here at print&scan section. Especially the Mexican lady with purple long hair and the piercing in her nose. I don’t know her name. She is rude and doesn’t want even answer ur question. I asked simply just help or explain me how to do curtain things with my papers. She pretend she doesn’t understand anything either. If she doesn’t know her job, but why she is working in this place. Their machines are old too it takes too long just to print out. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Amazon return center with an employee named Sky today. Despite being 9 months pregnant, I stood in line for over 30 minutes while Sky consistently prioritized customers with only one item, even if they arrived after me. I understand that might be store policy, but she clearly saw I was struggling physically and did nothing to accommodate my condition. When it was finally my turn, I was flustered and took a few extra seconds to find my return QR code. Instead of giving me a moment, she pressured me, saying she would take another customer. I politely asked for 5 more seconds, but she ignored me and skipped me for another customer with multiple items. Her colleague thankfully noticed what was happening and called me over to help me herself, even pointing out that I was pregnant and needed priority. After the incident, I felt extremely distressed — I began shaking, crying, developed a headache, and had a spike in blood pressure. This is the worst treatment I’ve experienced during my entire pregnancy. I was shocked at the lack of empathy and basic decency shown by Skye. I hope serious action will be taken, because this kind of behavior — especially towards someone in such a vulnerable state — is absolutely unacceptable. What if this had triggered early labor?
