I often do returns here for Amazon, UPS, etc. There are a million people standing in line, and only one person is accepting returns. Nobody cares about this crazy line. Employees just stand at empty cash registers, the store is empty, there are no customers.

A lady almost crashed into me in the parking lot and cursed me out because she was desperate to get a spot when I was exiting the parking lot.

Only 1 person did the returns and he takes the crap from every nasty customer. Nobody jumped in to help him. #Staples, get it together, that man working at the returns is overworked, underpaid, and not getting paid to deal with the nasty comments of some.
