  I just want to pay recognition to the manager, Breanna, at this Staples (Store #1232) - she was exceptionally outstanding. To cut a story short, I had a frustrating issue at another Staples location, which the staff there was some of the most unskilled professionals which you would ever encounter and should never entrust with your most important service needs. As a recourse, I took the liberty of no longer wanted to waste time in dealing with their incompetence, and that was what accidentally led me this location instead, as a last-minute hope that this location would be able to adroitly solve the issue that other Staples couldn’t. What really impressed me was, unlike the other interacted Staples employees who could barely act like they give a damn, Breanna grabbed the bulls by the horns and with pure determined grits industriously worked her way in resolving an technical issue even though the store was nearly closing. I can see why she is a manager, and the world needs more people like her. I hope this company recognized what an invaluable asset you have here. Breanna, hats off to you!

  Terrible, I waited more than 1 hour just to return my Amazon package... They need more staff members for the drop off instead of the cashier area; there was barely anyone buying anything. Also, they need to fix the drainage int eh parking lot. When it rains, there's always a big puddle...

  I just waited 45 mins to return 2 Amazon items. The line was 30 people deep. Apparently this is normal for this location. So clearly the managers don’t care that their customers wait that long and don’t staff the line adequately. The gentlemen at the counter was very nice and friendly and should probably get a raise or a medal for working as hard as he was and remaining friendly. Don’t drop off Amazon items here. Go somewhere else. Unless you like wasting 45 mins and listening to terrible music.

  This review is for Taray in the Print Dept. (I may have spelled her named wrong). I had a small last minute job for an event I was doing and she provided me with exemplary customer service. Everything from the phone interaction to helping me further with different options when I came to the store to pick up was perfect. I dont write reviews often but will when someone does a great job.

  I came here just to ship a simple package, and ended up waiting in line for almost an hour because there was only one employee handling the entire shipping area. The line barely moved, and several people ended up leaving out of frustration. It’s ridiculous that a store this big can’t schedule enough staff to manage basic customer service. The poor worker was clearly overwhelmed, but management needs to do better. I’ll be taking my business to UPS or USPS next time—this was a complete waste of time.
