- JCjessica CorderoFeb 16, 20265.0This Staples location is my go to. Today I had to rush and get 2 large cases of copy paper for my office. Eddie the GM greeted me and assisted me immediately. I was concerned how I would manage to carry them myself. But Eddie carried the cases of paper both to the register for me and to my car without hesitation. I didn’t even get the chance to ask for help he was already on it. You don’t see this often anymore and on a day like today it really meant a lot. Shout out to Eddie for truly setting the standard for exceptional customer service! 10/10

The wait time is disrespectful and the staff try to juggle too much at once, leaving customers alone and then forgetting about them.

Matthew was incredibly kind , he even offered to help me bring the printer to my car. Once my car service arrived, he put on his jacket in the cold and personally carried the printer out for me. The gentleman at the register was also friendly and helpful. I really appreciated everyone’s attentiveness and care!
