I have come here for years and today I came here to help my non-English speaking mother with a return, just for him to be like "why would you tape it" "its not like we dont accept returns." (Mind you it was a little tape at the opening of the box) In the nastiest tone you can imagine. Buddy I dont know what to tell you this isnt something EVERYONE knows about considering all stores are different, and also im not the one who did. It's very simple to just be like "just for future reference you dont have to tape it, you can just return it in the box even if you opened it." Is it that hard? I'm going to look into another staples location because frankly its not worth going to this store and dealing with this smartass.

On top of that, one of the girls working behind the counter was extremely rude. I don’t recall her name, but the customer service was unacceptable. I’d recommend finding another Staples to go to.
