  I am not sure if this is the right location for this, but if so there is a FedEx driver i can only see the name Franklin on my app. This driver LIED 2days in a row now about "attempting" to deliver my package, after my first complaint to FedEx on day 1, on day 2 he never even came to my house and provided an obscured "missed you" tag. This person needs to be FIRED he never at no point showed up to my address as I kept an eye out around the delivery window time I have no clue where this drive went 2 days in now I am dealing with this issue and I now have to wait until Monday with a 50/50 chance of maybe I'll get my package or maybe he'll do the same shit again

  FedEx Ship Center 📍 16 19th St, Floor 1, Sunset Industrial Park, Brooklyn, NY 11232 ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were two customers ahead of me. They were helped and left, and I became the only person waiting. At that point, the manager told me to “wait” and then disappeared without giving any timeframe or explanation-no “5 minutes,” no “10 minutes,” nothing. That is not acceptable customer service. If an employee steps away during business hours and it’s not a scheduled break, customers deserve a clear explanation and an estimated wait time. Leaving a customer standing there indefinitely is rude and unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes with no update and eventually left. What made the experience worse was the overall treatment. As the only white customer present at the time, the way I was handled felt like profiling. I can’t prove intent, but perception matters in customer service- and this did not feel appropriate or respectful. FedEx as a company has a strong reputation, which makes this location even more disappointing. Accountability should be based on job performance, not avoided altogether. Poor service is poor service, regardless of who provides it. I regret coming to this location and do not recommend it for business. This kind of behavior is bad for customers and bad for FedEx.

  Ms.Piazz is the best employee at this location I had a major issue with another fedex branch. She was genuinely concerned about my package. Customer service top tier , She stopped at nothing to help solve my problem. If she is not a part of your management team then I highly recommend. Thank you again Ms.Piazz

  Huge multimillion dollar brand new warehouse with a fancy entrance called the “ship center” but they don’t have kiosks to print sticky labels. Wait, what? Zero stars.
