This a next day item and FedEx transited the insulin to the wrong depot. Now a one day priority turns into 2 days. Keep in mind this is a cold pack perishable. When it gets to the correct facility from FedEx will not allow me to pick it up. Insist on delivery 2 day 11:00 - 3:00. My dog God forbid could die. FedEx is all about profit. They were paid for priority next day. They did not meet their promise.

FedEx called me that an attempt on delivery was happening. I missed out on the window and had to come to this location to pick up my package. I received NO DOOR TAG, so I can't even access my tracking number. A black guy with a little bandana over his hair at the FedEx Ship Center told me that I need a tracking number. I got in contact with original shipper and I was given a code. Guy didn't even bother telling me that it required 12 digits for my tracking number. Nice attitude by the way, 'brother'. Outstanding customer service as always.
