All I did was walk up to the counter, and the lady rudely brushed me off to the side and said will assist you in a moment. A Jewish lady walks in. She walks up to the counter. They assist her immediately. I’m patiently waiting to be called because I don’t wanna interrupt again. In a condescending tone she asked if I needed help. I had to wait until her interaction with the white woman was finished for her to acknowledge me. Mind you I didn’t even come up to the counter abruptly or demanded their attention. I work @ a five star hotel. I’m trained with Forbes verbiage and customer service. The irony is these Caribbean ladies were talking about customer service as I was just patiently waiting. I had to say sorry but excuse me, ladies should I come back at a different time for her to finally tell me that their computer was rebooting. Don’t you think that’s something that you could tell a customer who’s patiently waiting.. you can tell they only treat white people good and judge your appearance because I was on my way to get my hair done and was wearing a scarf on my head. She didn’t warm up to me until after I was patient. It’s like she expected because I was one of her that I was gonna have an attitude. I didn’t even give those ladies that satisfaction. This is clearly a Jewish only store. Also, the rude woman said that it would be $7.50 per card I needed 3. I never want about the price I go to another FedEx in Flatbush and they charge me $13 for three postcards.
