  I had an outstanding experience here with Isaiah and Tyler. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, patient, and genuinely attentive.   Went to the store this morning to return a small box I got from Walmart. Parked a half a block away as the store is in front of a bus stop. The item was packed but the top was only taped halfway. The guy said the box needs to be taped up fully. I said can you put the tape. He said no. I said I see tape behind you, can you put a piece he said no. I said can I buy a piece he said no. I said can I buy a roll of tape he said no as well. In comes Taylor, said don't worry I got it. SHAME ON FEDEX FOR HAVING THIS POLICY. MAJOR KUDOS TO TAYLOR FOR PUTTING LITERALLY 6 INCHES OF TAPE ON A BOX AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1 Star My ebay seller Acer told me to call the Local Fedex this is the last location show has scan. Lost my 27" Acer monitor package. Called multiple times, no answer. Silence. FedEx Customer Service created a case. Assigned employee to find it this is what customer rep said. 6 DAYS of zero feedback or update on the case status. Called 7 times over 3 days. Finally connected. Staff refused to track or even take the tracking/case number. Told me to call Customer Service again. Worst FedEx location experience. Absolutely useless.
