Prepaid machine show error and says to ask for assistance. The employee does it behind counter and charged surcharge.. why not just saying it upfront and/or help at the machine instead?

They sent back 6 of my boxes twice, lost one of them, and resent it 2 weeks later, and tried to bill me $1000 for it lol the shittiest service ever. If you want your items lost in international shipping to Canada then send it to FedEx cuz I am FedUp!!! Their website kept crashing on me despite using different browsers & computers. I would bring the boxes to the store to send and they say they can't even print the labels for you lol.... If you want to waste your time, lose your shit, and money then FedEx is there.

one employee was very rude, kicked me and my box out for not bringing my ID and charging me 5 bucks for 10 minutes or something to use their broken computers to ship with my own label without ID. he implied i was stupid for not bringing an ID with me because ICE can stop and detain me without one. it’s inappropriate to bring politics into this. I was done with their rude behavior so i shipped it thru USPS with no ID and no problem

IF THEY ARE TELLING YOU HAVE TO PAY A FEE FOR A PREPAID RETURN DO NOT CAVE IN. There’s a lack of training for prepaid returns and they pass on the fees to customers instead of fixing it internally. Prepare to waste more time fighting for a refund while you get bounced between the retailer and them.
