    Super convenient location, but management is problematic. The manager/supervisor (Jossue) was rude, lacked empathy, and was unreasonable. He turned a simple 5 minute return into a stressful, frustrating, and delayed ordeal. The rest of the team was nicer and more efficient. Avoid this location unless it's for a simple drop off.

    Every time I visit this FedEx location, they’re either out of supplies, unable to process something, or the line is unnecessarily long. The staff seem to make up rules on the spot, and they’re never adequately staffed or stocked. Easily the worst FedEx experience I’ve had.
