  Kivvy was absolutely amazing. I had a great experience with her. Needed help in terms of mail forwarding and holding. Her response was very thoughtful, patience, kind. I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly, however sounded like that spelling. Staff was great for me

  I could not have survived a recent move without this store. And this is NOT my neighborhood branch--I drove 25 minutes out of my area to use this UPS branch specifically because Kyvvie is so incredibly helpful, careful, expedient, professional, and organized in boxing up precious belongings (and everything arrived safely on the other side of the country). I relied on the compassion of K + the staff as I kept hauling more and more stuff in. She always tried to get me the best price, and these were priceless items but meant the world to me. Everyone was so friendly that I looked forward to seeing them, and I felt like both me and my belongings were in great hands. I'm sincerely grateful!

  Beyond awful. Called ahead to have some items printed out in advance and told to email them over and they’d be ready in 30min. Got to the store and there was a long line. A black lady who wouldn’t give her name asked what I was in for. When I told her I’d called earlier and spoke to her coworker about printing the items and they’d be ready in 30min, she told me they didn’t do that and I needed to get out of line. When I questioned the matter and asked to speak with her coworker she told me she didn’t like my attitude and needed to leave. I asked basic questions with no tone, only curiosity. Horrible to be treated in such a manner.

  It’s the staff for me. I love the UPS brand. It’s my go to choice for private package delivery. I have been coming to the store for 15 years. I am done. Yesterday I came to the store to get a document notarized. The woman who actually does the notary told me that that service wasn’t available even though the store was totally empty. I came back today. The store was full. When it was my turn in line, I was made to stand on the side and waited for 15 minutes as this woman and two other workers phumfered around and served other customers. I have neuropathy due to a spinal cord, injury. And overtime my legs became numb. I had to leave before they became an operable. And that is the last time I will ever go to this UPS store. If you value customer service. Don’t go to the store. On top of all that the store is a hot mess. Boxes is thrown all over the place. The employees are in dirty clothes and generally unkempt. Sure they have a fake veneer of friendliness. But when it comes to customer service, actions matter. They’re the most unprofessional bunch I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with at a UPS store in many many years. Avoid this place.
