The tidiness of the store, and the staff's ability to move the line so fast, so it's never crowded. It's my favorite UPS store to go to. I live in the Bronx and there's one over the bridge in Pelham, which I am 5 minutes away from. I would prefer to drive 15 minutes to come to this store. They are just the best!
