- EMeddyth mApr 3, 20261.0I had a very negative experience at the post office due to the behavior of a clerk named Tiffany. From the moment I approached the counter, she was immediately rude and unprofessional. All I did was politely ask if another employee, Mickey, was on break, and Tiffany reacted with visible irritation and attitude. Instead of assisting me, she refused to help and made the situation uncomfortable for no reason. Her behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. What made it worse was that she then forced her coworker, who appeared to be on break, to come assist me instead. No customer should be treated this way for asking a simple question. Tiffany’s conduct was inappropriate and does not reflect the level of professionalism expected at the post office. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed.

I would never ask for her help in my life. I would much rather to wait for someone else then to deal with her attitude.
- BCBeverly CoatsMar 17, 20261.0Posting reviews online is something I don't like to do. But USPS Corporate- PLEASE look into the staff at this location and the customer service provided. Intentionally dropping packages on the ground, refusing to scan the boxes in (so no paper receipt for those several packages), and told to take the boxes to another post office instead just for asking for proof of drop off?! Being told "this is a finance center, so we do not process packages"? Since when? Is this the new excuse? Every single time we go to this post office, there is an issue, and you are met with a crazy amount of rudeness and attitude. Why? What is the reason? We only go to this location because it is on the next street from where we live. Other locations in the Bronx struggle- and I've even seen some improve a little, but by far, this is the worst one I have been to. I've reached out to corporate issuing a formal complaint and suggest other members of the community do too.
