Supervisor apparently don't care about customers. People complaining about the waiting and she was just walking around. I wonder if store Stop receiving customers they will keep it open. Customer satisfaction is crucial.

Lines to pickup packages and mailing a package should be separated. Opening and closing of windows between breaks and lunches is too long. Opening without the proper change in your drawer especially in the morning to start the day is incompetent as a season clerk. Clerks should be educated on simple guidelines for especially mailing international packages this time of year. P. O. Is only as good as its managers.
