The worse post office ever. The lines are so long. They say not able to deliver your package but someone is home. They don't try to deliver the packages at all. They don't leave any notice and then you have to the post office to try to get your packages.

The laziest and worst post office in the Bronx. It needs new management seriously. I’ve been waiting for a package that was supposed to to be redelivered they never redelivered and sent back to sender without following proper protocol.

Easily one of THE worst post offices in the entire borough of The Bronx. Clerks always have an attitude like as if you’re in the wrong for going into their store just to pick up a package. They constantly “lose” packages or lie and say that it’s not at that location simply because they don’t want to do the work by rummaging through the mountain of packages they have in the back that they clearly DON’T sort. Plenty of times I’ve gone there to retrieve a package and the line is out the door. This is a constant issue and needless to say I cannot stand this location they need better management, they need better customer service skills, they need better staff because the ones that work there act like you (the customer) are a nuisance. They also need someone whose job is dedicated solely to SORTING PACKAGES because it shouldn’t take them 15/20 minutes to find a customers package. Anyway I’m done typing, USPS please just DO BETTER.
