Went to pickup a package which said had a failed delivery or something and waiting for a long time in line after getting to the window the employee disappears and after 20 minutes someone comes to the window and says that window is closed when it was clearly not. At the end after waiting for such a long time I was never able to pick up my package.

Since, it's a federal issue, just keep complaining to your representatives if you want to see change. filing a complaint online directly to the post office or post master general doesn't get anywhere. this place needs to be completely shut down.
