  I am calling this post office right now for the 30th time since 9 am and the phone just ring for about 3 minutes then go busy. Someone picked up1 time and didn't say anything. Another time they put the call on hold. Your customer's mail is important to them and if your post office place our mail at the wrong location we deserve answers. My mail was marked delivered to a parcel locker but there was no key in my mailbox. I was actually in the lobby at the time they said they delivered the package. It's ashame how customers put they're trust in receiving service we pay for and the company doesn't even care. Still calling no answer. Where's the supervisors that allow their staff to ignore these calls. This is the only number they provide for this office so there should be someone there to answer. The company I placed my order with also provide this same number to try to locate our packages before they lose money replacing replacing our orders if possible. Still calling.

  On the 2nd week of December I mailed cards to my neighbors at 100 ashloop, bx ny 10475, today is Christmas eve 6.35pm, the cards were never delivered to this address not a single one of my neighbors received their card, how is this possible? I got the stamps for Christmas at the conner post office, stayed up until 4am filling out cards, a lot of cards and not a single neighbor received their card. There are so many older seniors living alone here and a thought would have made a difference. Why?

  The mail lady for building 25 always has an attitude! I came downstairs for my package but she put it in the truck and told me to come down in 30-40 mins and she was gone before the time she set for me to come back and didn’t even leave my package near my door before she left ! Very lazy ! Poor customer service skills !

  Sheila was very impatient and not very helpful. You would have thought I asked her for money based on her response or lack thereof. I ended up answering my own questions by reading the screen. I frankly do not care if the answer to my questions were written on the screen. I could have been unable to read or had difficulty seeing. I can only imagine how harsher the response would have been with someone who was less electronically savvy or who had the aforementioned conditions. This is a job where you have to interface with the customers. So please train your employees in appropriate customer care. Overall it wasnt a very pleasant experience.
