- RRRobertApr 18, 20261.0I scheduled a passport appointment weeks ago and specifically booked it with photos included. When I arrived, I was told they don’t have the capacity to take photos and that I would need to go somewhere else. I had to pay more for the photos, and they won't hold the appoint, so now have to rebook in three weeks, with no guarantee they'll keep that appointment either.

- CSClara SorianoApr 6, 20261.0I’ve come to this post office often for various things including passport service. Their site says passport walk-in hours is weekdays 3pm - 4pm. I got here at 3:15pm and the “passport specialist” claimed he was shorthanded smh. There was no one else there waiting for a passport. I waited patiently. Thankfully, I already had an appointment for the following day. Let’s see if they’re not ‘short-handed’ that day. Please do better USPS.
